We are a non-profit (CIC) dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults who are homeless or under threat of homelessness. We offer housing and support to empower people to rebuild their lives, rediscover their identities and reconnect with society.

Home, hope and opportunity, we believe everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilled life, and we will support you to develop the skills, confidence and resilience to move forward and live without chaos and fear.

How we do it 

We provide high quality person-centred support, which may include a range of enhanced services to meet your specific and unique support needs. Your support will be flexible and responsive and will be regularly reviewed to ensure continued relevance.

We encourage and empower you to focus on the future, we connect you with specialist support services, education, training, and employment, and we help you build the skills and confidence to change your circumstances and re-build your lives.

What we do

We work with you to develop person-centred support plans to include a range of enhanced services to meet your individual wants, needs and aspirations.  

We focus on the future, not your past, we connect people with housing, education, training and employment opportunities, we help you build the skills and confidence to leave support and live independently. 

How we do it

We respect each person, and we expect you to respect us. We work with you to help re-connect with family, friends and the community. We encourage you to look forward not back, and we help you to feel safe, confident and in control. 

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a full life.

We offer support to develop the skills, confidence and resilience to move forward, we can help you to safe and in control, re-engaging with family friends and the wider community.
