Relocation and rehabilitation.

We collaborate on a multi-agency basis to ensure the specific and unique support needs of both men and women are identified and addressed to maximise the likelihood of successful intergration and reduce the likelihood of reoffending.

“CUS provide accommodation and access to specific help and support aimed at developing individual strengths and providing opportunities to reduce the likelihood of reoffending”

Prior to release-

The plan to successfully resettle you starts approximately 6 – 8 weeks prior to release. We work closely with your probation practitioner to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation and resettlement support is in-place, and sustainable accommodation is approved and ready for you.

You and your key worker will complete a comprehensive needs assessment, from which a support plan is developed and agreed, ensuing you can access a range of specific support services. You are encouraged to  actively engage and contribute to your rehabilitation and intergration.

“Ex-offenders who are actively engaged with a support plan based on their individual strengths, support needs, skills and goals, greatly reduce the likelihood of reoffending and the risk of harm to themselves and others”

Living with CUS-

You will be living in a safe and secure, well ordered and well managed home, where positive and respectful behaviour is promoted and expected, and unacceptable conduct is dealt with in an objective, fair and proportionate manner.

We expect and encourage our resident’s to fully engage with their support and rehabilitation. We use established pathways of progression to other support agencies, to help achieve the actions and the desired outcomes of our residents.
